Tommy has cycled 10,000kms + to the extremities of Australia to highlight the incidence of young stroke, NOW…
The crash
During the original 4 points journey back in 2021, Tommy was hit by a car. Sustaining significant injuries and having to learn to walk for the third time. He’s “back baby!” his fave words.
During the downtime, however, he created a clothing line to emphasise the cause.

My name is Tommy Quick.
When I was 12 I suffered a stroke and my life changed forever. What became clear to me was that this wasn’t where my life stopped.
Instead, that’s where it began!
Join us as we embark on yet another adventure, Takin’ on Tassie, emphasising less KM’s and a lot more conversation!
I’m doing this to promote inclusion through bike riding and increase awareness that stroke can happen at any age while raising money to help stroke survivors and improve stroke services.
